HARRIET H. HORMILLOSA, PhD, RGC, is an educator, a licensed guidance, family and psycho-spiritual counselor, life, relationship, and parenting coach, inner wellness consultant, trainer-lecturer, EQ program designer, author and a perpetual student of life. Continuous education has always been part of Harriet H. Hormillosa’s DNA. Embodying the truism that teachers are perpetual learners, she has been a student of life since her earliest years.

She has likewise collaborated with other Centers such as the Center for Family Ministries (CEFAM) and UGAT Foundations of the Society of Jesus and co-founded HILOM Pinoy, an alliance of Inner Wellness Providers.

Harriet is known among her peers as a pioneer in Parenting Education and in spreading the life-changing programs of Inner Child Healing Process and other psycho-spiritual or psycho-educational programsin the Philippines. She is the creator of the widely popular and transforming RCW seminar workshops, foremost of which isthe Reparenting the Child Within which has graduated close to 500 batchesin the last 25 years. Most of her training programs have been accredited by the Psychological Association of the Philippines (PAP) as part of its recommended continual professional education courses and by PRC as PDC providers for RGC, RPm and RPsy professionals.

In 2000, she founded the Reintegration for Care and Wholeness Foundation, Inc., (RCWFI) aimed at helping society’s carers or care providers to better care for themselves as they engage in serving others though different advocacies or ministries. Aside from having designed over a dozen short inner wellness courses that are publicly offered all year round, she has likewise custom-designed programs for corporations, religious groups, schools and other organizations. To expand her services she had published CARE magazines, the first in the Philippines on Self-care and Inner Wellness and published several books and course books to help her clients in their life, relationships and growth journey. As a counselor-coach, she has been instrumental in empowering thousands of individuals, couples, families and groups to lead happier, more effective, more psycho-emotionally functional lives, and to attain their ultimate human potential.

Bicbic is a licensed personal and family counselor. Her current professional practice includes being a senior associate counselor, workshop master trainer-lecturer-facilitator and program designer for staff training in various schools, non-government organizations, corporate offices, religious institutions and special groups. She holds an M.A. degree in Pastoral Ministry with a concentration in Marital and Family Counseling from the Ateneo de Manila University. She has also completed M.A. units in Liberal Arts in Creation Spirituality from Naropa University, Oakland, California, U.S.A. and has completed an online certification for Trauma Counseling from Wisdom University, Idaho, U.S.A. She is graduating this school year from her doctorate (PhD) in Family Studies at Miriam College. 

Bic's more than 25 years of work experience includes being a formator for a Catholic Lay Community in Iloilo City (9 years), counselor, workshop facilitator for Center for Family Ministries, Quezon City, (3 years) counselor and administrative officer in a group home for at-risk-teen girls in Sta. Ana, California, USA (4 years). Her current consultancy includes being a counselor and workshop animator for personal transformational workshops and Team Building Activities for Reintegration for Care and Wholeness Foundation or RCWFI (15 years to present), Marriage Encounter Foundation of the Philippines (10years to present), a religious community of priests and nuns (3 years to present), a post-graduate college of the University of the Philippines in Diliman, (2 years to present).  

Dr Ruben L Encarnacion (Dr E) is a licensed clinical psychologist. He earned his Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology and Doctorate in Clinical Psychology both from the Ateneo de Manila University.

Dr E’s full-time practice centers on addressing the psychological needs of children and parents within the framework of the family system. Utilizing play therapy, hypnotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Gestalt techniques, NLP, and holistic methods such as Ta’i chi and Qi G’ong, he has been effective at addressing depression, anxiety, and somatic symptom disorders among young people and high-performing career adults. On the side, he is the Chairman and Treasurer of Tropical Disease Foundation, Inc. (TDF). He is in the Faculty of the Ateneo Graduate School of Business teaching Leadership and HR. He is a Fellow of the Psychological Association of the Philippines and a Member of the Philippine Association of Graduate Educators. He is a speaker on and writer of various psychological articles. Prof. Nina Era is passionate in two fields - education and psychology. She is presently on the last leg of finishing her PhD in Child and Family Psychology in Miriam College. She finished her MA in Childhood Education and BS Psychology also in Miriam College. Before teaching in the tertiary level, she was an energetic pre-school teacher. At present, she is a full time faculty member of the College of Education, Department of Professional Education in UE Manila. She is also a visiting professor in the Graduate School of Colegio de San Lorenzo.

Aside from teaching, she does counseling and therapy sessions to children, adolescents and families in crisis at Reintegration for Care and Wholeness Foundation. Aside from this, Prof. Nina is a sought after speaker in different parenting and teacher training seminars all over the Philippines. With the rise in the cases of mental health issues today, she is also invited to different organizations to give light on this issue. Moreover, she is also a resource person in several programs of different TV networks.

Prof. Nina is affiliated to different professional organizations like Psychological Association of the Philippines and The World Council for Curriculum Instruction to name a few.

On a personal note, Prof. Nina loves being a mother to her not so young kids, Kristia Ysabel and Raphael. Driven by her advocacy to be an inspiration to her fellow solo parents, Prof. Nina is the consultant/adviser of the Federation of the United Solo Parents of the Philippines. 

Dr Melissa Paulita Mariano holds a degree of BS Psychology, with minors in BFA Creative Writing and AB History, from the Ateneo de Manila University. She received her Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Santo Tomas Faculty of Medicine and Surgery and underwent residency training in Psychiatry at the University of the East Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Medical Center. Currently, she holds private practice in several clinics and teaches at the Ateneo de Manila University and UERM Memorial Medical Center. Her primary fields of interest are in psychopharmacology and genetic counseling.

Alexander O. Mallare is known to most people as “Alex”. He has been a counselor since 1993. As an associate counselor in RCWFI, he likewise provides counseling services for several other foundations and seminaries. He extends counseling services to private individuals, pre-marital and marital couples, families, priests in renewal and seminarians as well.

He has been a lecturer for more than twenty years now for various schools, companies and foundations. He gives training programs to improve the quality of work-life concerns. He facilitates discussions, which espouse the need for individuals in their professional and personal lives to live up to their full potentials.

Alex is currently finishing his Doctorate degree in Philosophy, Major in Clinical Psychology, from the University of the Philippines. He holds an MA in Family Ministry and Counseling; MA in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, and an engineering degree, all from the Ateneo de Manila University. 

Patrick “Papo” Ong Ante is a registered psychologist. He has over 24 years of experience
providing psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families. He finished his BS degree in
Psychology and his MA in Counseling Psychology from Ateneo De Manila University. He holds a diploma on Pastoral Ministries with a concentration on couple and family counseling from the Center for Family Ministries of the Loyola School of Theology in Quezon City. He specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for depression, anxiety, eating disorders, and personality
disorders.

He is a Certified CBT practitioner, holding a Diplomate Status from the Academy of Cognitive Behavioral Therapies. He is the founder of Solace Center for Cognitive Behavior
Therapy, a psychological clinic whose mission is to promote and provide excellent CBT treatment for Filipinos.

Jhon Cadiz Carandang whose real name is Fernando Cadiz Carandang, Jr., MA. Psy, RPsy, CDR is a licensed psychologist and a certified clinical dementia rating assessor from the Washington University School of Medicine, Knight’s Alzheimer’s Research Center, St. Louis, Missouri, USA,(Trained via Online) and a Psychological First Aider trained at the American Red Cross Training Services, USA (Trained via Online) and he finished his Masters of Arts in Psychology from the University of Santo Tomas. Jhon is also a former religious brother from the Alagad ni Maria Seminary.

Jhon worked as a Guidance Counselor, Psychometrician for Pre-school and Primary School for 3 years. He also worked as an Associate Professor in Psychology for 15 years. At present, He is the CEO/Founder of the Carandang Institute (a mental health service provider), working as a part-time Lecturer in Psychology, and a consulting psychologist of Love Institute. Aside from this, He is also a member of various professional organizations like the American Psychological Association, the Japanese Psychological Association, and the Psychological Association of the Philippines.

Jhon appeared in several TV and radio networks such as CNN Philippines, Kapuso Mo Jessica Soho (GMA7), Sakto Teleradyo, Failon Ngayon (ABS-CBN), UNTV, PTV4, News5, I to I Confessions (YES FM) as a resource person.

Liz, a graduate of BS Psychology from San Juan de Letran, is the current on-call consultant-psychometrician of RCWFI. After taking the first of her RCW workshop series in 1997 and being a full time mother to three, she decided to once again pursue her career in psychology.

Her work experiences include being a supervisor of The New Beginnings program of CRIBS, Philippines for four years. She is also currently the psychometrician-psychologist of CRT Human Resources and Testing Center. She is an affiliate member of the Psychological Association of the Philippines (PAP), an associate member of the Accredited Psychologists Association of the Philippines (APA), and an accredited psychologist of the Philippine National Police (PNP).

Liz’s active apostolate is with the Apostolic Beloveds of Christ Marriage Encounter Community and Regina Caeli Healing Community.

Jhoanna“Jo” D. Yambot, MP, is a Registered (Licensed) Psychologist and a Specialist in Clinical and Assessment Psychology certified by the Psychological Association of the Philippines. She is also a Solution Focused Practitioner Certified by the International Alliance of Solution-Focused Teaching Institutes. She has about 30 years of psychospiritual counseling experience and 16 years of clinical psychology practice, delivery of talks, and facilitation of workshops on mental health in clinical, school, and religious settings. She advocates mental health support for persons with special needs and debilitating illness and for their families. She is a member of the Psychological Association of the Philippines, Philippine Association for Child and Play Therapy, and the International Human Learning Resources Network.

At present, Jo is an Associate Psychologist at RCWFI and Chief Clinical Psychologist Consultant and Acting Head of the Mental Health Unit in Ospital ng Makati. She provides services such as psychological assessment, psychotherapy, field training of psychologist interns, as well as facilitating lectures, workshops, and psychoeducation on mental health and clinical psychology practice in health care settings.

Ducky, as she is fondly called, comes from Public Health and Family Ministry backgrounds. She used to be involved in social development planning, program and project development and research with the government and later on with a non-government organization. She has been a facilitator/trainer for self-transformational programs, since the mid ‘90s.

She is currently one of the master trainers in the RCW Training Team and is a lecturer- facilitator, psycho-spiritual counselor and life coach of the Reintegration for Care and Wholeness Foundation, Inc. (RCWFI).

She has been an on-call instructor and facilitator of Personal Growth Modules at the John Robert Powers, International for more than a decade. She has, likewise, been trained and accredited as mediator by the Conflict Resolution (CORE) Group Foundation.
She has served as a co-facilitator of trainings on mediation as an alternative to conflict resolution. Aside from being a RCWFI Workshop Lecturer-Facilitator, she does Psycho- Spiritual counseling and coaching for Individuals.

A former IT executive for top multinational corporations for more than 28 years, Maridette’s innate interest in people’s wellbeing, healing, and psycho-spiritual development led her to leave her luxurious corporate job to shift to the field of human development. To help others in transforming their lives and experiencing fullness of life, she provides expressive visual arts programs, pastoral formation retreat-seminars, and psycho-spiritual accompaniment services to individuals, families and groups for almost twenty years.

She carries a Professional Diploma from the Ruben M. Tanseco, S.J. Center for Family Ministries (RMT-CEFAM), Loyola School of Theology, the Ateneo de Manila University. She is also a Certified Expressive Arts Coach, an Accredited Mediator of the Conflict Resolution (CORE) Group Foundation, and a Certified Acupuncture Practitioner by the National Acupuncture Development Association, among others. Currently she touches many lives as a Master Trainer, Coach, Lecturer, and Facilitator of the Reintegration for Care and Wholeness Foundation, Inc ((RCWFI) and a Pastoral Counselor of the Light of Jesus Pastoral Care Center (LOJPCC). Jay Jariolne Batoon is a Zen and Reiki practitioner, graphic artist and Heritage Advocate. 

He holds a degree in Philosophy, and is trained in Pastoral Counseling at the Center for Family Ministries at the Ateneo de Manila University. He studied Applied Jungian Psychology and Archetypal Studies and is a member of The Carl Jung Circle Center. He serves as a volunteer-pastoral group facilitator for Trinitas Integrative Healing Ministry.

 Dan is a Relationship Conflict Coach who has been involved with the RCW Foundation since 2007 and is involved in Relationship coaching through the Love Institute.

He has been involved in Marriage and Family advocacy since 1992 and was trained as a facilitator/trainor at the RCW Foundation since 2007.
He has undergone training as a mediator and serves as a consultant in giving mediation/conflict resolution seminars nationwide.

Dan has been happily married to Nabelle for almost 37 years and has three adult children, and three beautiful granddaughters.

Margarita Reyes is a trained teacher for Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) through the Center for Mindful Self-Compassion, under the School of Medicine at the University of California - San Diego (UCSD). She is also a trained teacher for mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) under the Mindfulness Initiative at Singapore Management University (SMU) and UCSD Mindfulness-Based Professional Training Institute.

Edwin Guevarra Roman, has been a chemical dependency interventionist for the last 20+ years. His preferred modality of treatment utilizes the “disease concept" of addiction. He also strongly views chemical dependency (drugs & alcohol) as an offshoot of a larger systemic problem. Particularly “codependency”.

Being a recovering addict himself with over 24 years of clean and sober time under his belt, he brings in the therapeutic value of one addict helping another. Maria Teresa (Mao) T. Cardenas is a practicing grief specialist, marital and family counselor,

Carolyn C. Quiba is a Registered Guidance Counselor and the Director of Guidance and Testing Center of Lyceum of the Philippines University in Intramuros, Manila. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Psychology at the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila - cum laude, and her Master of Arts in School Counseling at the De La Salle University Manila. She placed top 10 in the first licensure examination for Guidance and Counseling in 2008. Currently, she is the Auditor of the Association for Psychological and Educational Counselors of Asia-Pacific (APECA) whose niche is to unify counselors in Asia and other parts of the world by sharing and learning from its best practices in counseling and mental health.

She is a Master Trainer of Mental Health Facilitation (MHF) Program of the National Board for Certified Counselors (NBCC) based in North Carolina, USA. MHF aims to train the community with basic helping skills to lessen stigma, prevent and support people with mental health conditions in the grassroots level. Cliff is a licensed psychometrician and is a candidate for Masters in Psychology specializing in Industrial Psychology. He is a junior trainer-facilitator of the RCW Careshops and a Technical-Admin Consultant of RCWFI as the organization’s service’s migrate digitally.

Darryl is a batch 2012 graduate of BS Psychology major in Guidance and Counseling at Philippine Normal University-Manila. He is a graduate of the Master of Arts in Counseling at the De La Salle University – Manila. Darryl is employed as Teacher III (Edukasyon sa Pagpapakatao Subject) and the Designated School Guidance Advocate of Carlos P. Garcia High School Cubao, Quezon City since May 2013.

Ditas Tiamzon is a Professor, SPED Educator & Assessor parent coaching facilitator/public speaker. She has two sons on the Autism Spectrum Disorder and finds some practical tips on how she creatively manages them amid the quarantine stress. She is an on-call Collaborator and Consultant with RCWFI.

Lucito de Jesus is a practicing guidance counselor, dream expert and breakthrough coach. He believes that his work is to listen, share, train and motivate others so that their problems and concerns are alleviated.

He is also a martial arts practitioner and likens himself to “Miyagi” of the film Karate Kid. He mentors his students especially on the applicable and helpful principles of Aikido in their daily life. He is a peace and wholeness advocate professing that the unconscious mind is important in our lives.

He makes use of the physical forms and movements of Aikido as metaphors for use as principles in daily living.

Gina graduated from the College of the Holy Spirit major in Marketing Management and earned MBA units from Ateneo Graduate School of Business in Rockwell, Makati City.

She is one of the youngest Agency Managers of Philamlife to date. She has won several awards and recognitions for her client service and developing and managing people. She had extensive sales and training experience in various industries (telco/FMCG) for the past 20 years.

She started attending RCW programs and trainings in 2005 and has been a Board of Trustee of Reintegration for Care and Wholeness Foundation, Inc.

Gina is also a life coach and financial wellness speaker for children 3 years old and above. She is currently conducting a holistic approach in spreading financial awareness to employee and millennials. She has passion for improving financial management skills of young generation and inspiring each individual to achieve Financial Dignity.

Carmelina Oyales, a.k.a. Carmie is a Credentialed Professional Gerontologist and a member of National Association of Professional Gerontologist, Los Altos California, U.S.A.
As a Gerontologist, she deals with elderly clients with any situation or concerns.

She is also a Certified Grief Counselor from the American Academy of Grief Counseling,
American Institute of Health Care Professionals. As a Grief Counselor; she works with clients with any kind of lost. Clients who are in dire need of grief counseling due to death of loved ones, divorce or separation, traumas and other cases.

She is also a Certified Dementia Practitioner from National Council of Dementia Practitioner, Florida, U.S.A. She’s a staff trainer at Memory Care communities and a counselor for elders in transition due to their illness and their families with Ambiguous loss. Her expertise is in the field of Dementia, Alzheimer’s disease and other related disorders.

She holds a MA degree in Psychology major in Gerontology from Miriam College and currently taking PhD Program in Family Studies at her alma mater.

Her advocacy is to build and lead programs that empower seniors to lead active, successful lives and to face end of life care with dignity and fulfillment.

After 20 years in Corporate Marketing, Leah’s passion for writing has led her to guiding others through workshops and one-on-one coaching sessions, to reframe their stories and heal through the power of writing. She is an advocate of self-care, gratitude and the power of owning your story.

A Palanca awardee, Leah is also a certified Strengths Strategist, certified Self-Love Solution counselor and Raising Frequencies teacher, certified 7 Habits of Highly Effective People Coach and a certified Narrative Coach. 

Ani has evolved from 30 years of corporate life running a family business to that of a Family Counselor/ Therapist. She is a graduate of the Professional Diploma Course and Apprenticeship Program Family Counseling and Dynamics at the RMT- CeFam in Ateneo de Manila University and MA in Guidance and Counseling at Miriam College. Trained in the Psycho- Spiritual (interfaith)approach she incorporates other therapeutic interventions like Breathing, Embodiment and Meditation exercises as pathways to Self awareness, Healing, Peace and finding life’s Meaning and Purpose. A Licensed Counselor and workshop facilitator, she is a lifelong learner who continuosly update her knowledge and skills to hone her Counseling practice running over 10years dealing with Grief and Loss, Transition and Aging, Death and Dying and other Relationship issues.

Ani served as President of RMT Cefam Alumni Association 2016-18. She is now currently a Director of the Board of Trustees RMT-CAAI.

Using her change management competencies, Lee is passionate about making a positive impact on people she works with. In her years of HR and OD practice, she has consistently contributed in the areas of organization team and personal effectiveness. With her belief that personal mastery is the key to effective living, she has initiated various change management interventions which include: Leadership Courses and Programs in Personal Mastery and Breakthrough Coaching and Work Attitude and Values Enhancement. Lee believes that coaching will be a key driver to sustaining any organization’s effectiveness. Her coaching competencies have been honed throughout her HR and OD practice covering specific clients such as high school students, subordinates and work place colleagues covering not just coaching skill and mindset but more importantly, heart sets of individuals.

Lee holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Guidance and Counseling. She has likewise finished all the academic requirements for a Master’s Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. She is also a certified Development Dimensions International (DDI) facilitator.
